Things that need to be changed in Canada according to Tommy Marsala

- No bicyclists on the street unless licensed. Bicyclists to be fined if they don't obey all car traffic laws.

- Have a special bicycle lane paid for by people who choose to ride bikes and restrict them to those streets or use the sidewalks. It's great people are saving the environment by riding bikes but what they don't realize is that the traffic they are slowing down (or changing lanes to avoid them) causes 300% more polution than if they had just driven a car.

- Bring back the death penalty to people who are 100% guilty of their crime. Including those caught stealing cars, vandals, rapists, child-molesters, murderers, etc.

- Convicts (and/or their families) are responsible for paying their expenses for time served in jail.

- People that have warrents out for their arrests will not be eligible for welfare. Most Canadians don't realize that over 10% of people collecting welfare cheques have warrents for their arrest.

- Welfare only for those who CAN'T physically work or as a temporary band-aid solution.

- Workfare for those who want the government's money but are too lazy to look for a job on their own (clean the streets, etc).

- No government money for people making a living having children.

- Criminals not eligible for welfare, straight to workfare programs. Most Canadians don't realize that criminals go straight on welfare and use their criminal record as an excuse to stay on welfare for most of their lives. In the meantime, studies have shown these same people are working on the wrong side of the law making cash under the table.

- Charities for the working poor - cream of the crop of used/donated clothing, appliances, etc go to productive members of society trying to make ends meet.

- Higher minimum wage, welfare cuts by approximately 90%. Government will help in wage subsidies.

- Private health care, this means people will pay HALF the income tax they currently do and they will have way more benefits. It's a fact that over half of Canadian Health Care dollars are spent on 5% of the population, mainly hypochondriacs, welfare recipients and criminals. This must come to a stop!

- Immigrants must be healthy before being allowed into Canada. Because of ridiculous guidelines, health questions are not allowed to be asked when people want to immigrate to Canada. What the public doesn't know is we are getting thousands of people with serious health issues moving here and draining the health care dollars (AIDS, Cancer, etc).

- No GST. With cuts to welfare and implementing workfare programs, this will easily be accomplished.

- Parents to be held accountable for children's behavior.

- Parents are to be held accountable for their children's health. Many people are not feeding their children properly and it's leading to fat kids with all kinds of health problems.

- $100 cash for anyone who wants a vasectomy or to have their tubes tied. Surgical procedure will be free of charge and available 24 hours a day.

- 24 hour a day construction. It will speed up the process by over 60%.

- Stay in the right lane except to pass. Anyone caught holding up traffic to be severely fined.
